
Mr. Fagerheim is President and Chief Executive Officer of Whitecap Resources Inc., a position he has held since 2009, and also founder of Whitecap Resources Inc., Kereco Energy Ltd. (Cadence), Ketch Resources Ltd, and Ketch Energy Ltd. He was appointed to the board of The Fraser Institute in January 2020. He has worked in both the Canadian upstream and downstream segments of the energy industry. His past directorships include both public and private energy producing and service companies.
Mr. Fagerheim is an active member in the community in both volunteer and charity roles and has a passion for combining academics with athletics. He is a director of the Hockey Canada Foundation, serving since January 2008, has served as Chairman of the Foundation and was also a member of the Order of Hockey Canada executive committee. He also has served as Chairman of the Edge School for Athletes in Calgary. In recognition for his contributions to Canada to date Mr. Fagerheim was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal created in 2012 to honour the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He was inducted into the Saskatchewan Oil & Gas Hall of Fame in 2017 and was named Saskatchewan Oil Person of the Year in 2021.

Mr. Armstrong has over 35 years of diversified engineering and operations experience. Prior to joining Whitecap in 2010, Mr. Armstrong was VP Operations of Ridgeback Exploration Ltd. from 2005 to 2009. From 1996 to 2005, he held Manager Operations positions at publicly traded Blue Mountain Energy Ltd. and private Star Oil & Gas Ltd. Mr. Armstrong began his professional career at Kerr-McGee Canada Ltd. in 1990 after graduating from SAIT with a Petroleum Engineering diploma. He is currently an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Thanh C. Kang brings over two decades of financial and leadership experience in the oil and gas industry. He has served as Chief Financial Officer since the company's founding in 2009. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Finance and CFO of Churchill Energy Inc., a publicly traded energy company, from 2005 to 2008.
Mr. Kang began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.

Mr. Mombourquette has 40 years engineering and evaluation experience, and is a past Officer of Ketch Energy Ltd., Ketch Resources Ltd. and Kereco Energy Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Dalhousie (formerly TUNS) and upon graduation in 1986, he began his professional career at Norcen Energy until 1996. Mr. Mombourquette oversees the Business Development, Reservoir Engineering and Information Technology teams at Whitecap.
Mr. Mombourquette is a professional engineer and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and a member of the Board of Governors of the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC).

Mr. Zdunich was formerly Vice President, Finance & Controller since January 1, 2015. Prior to that, he was Controller since joining the company in April 2011. He has over 20 years of financial experience in the oil and gas industry with prior roles at Delphi Energy, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Anadarko Canada. Mr. Zdunich is a member of the Alberta Chartered Professional Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Bullin joined Whitecap in 2012 and has been Vice President, Conventional Division since 2023. He has over 20 years of oil and gas experience, primarily in asset development and management roles, with prior exploitation, production and operations experience at junior and intermediate public companies.
Mr. Bullin holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech, is a Professional Engineer, and is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).

Travis Tweit has served as Whitecap Resources’ Vice President, Operations since 2020, and previously held the role of Vice President, Production. Mr. Tweit brings more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on production, operations, and field execution. He began his career at Anadarko Petroleum and later Bonavista Energy before joining Whitecap in 2010.
Mr. Tweit holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Mr. Wong is Vice President, Unconventional Division at Whitecap Resources Inc., a position he has held since 2023. He joined Whitecap in 2014 and has over 20 years of oil and gas E&P experience in a variety of technical and management roles with both large multinational organizations and Canadian public companies.
Mr. Wong is a Professional Engineer and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
